The study will focus on Mananam, a critical component of the Vedic learning process. Mananam involves deep reflection and contemplation on the teachings received, allowing students to internalize and integrate the wisdom into their daily lives.

The three steps of Vedic learning are:
-
Shravana (Listening): This is the initial stage where students attentively listen to the teachings and discourses, absorbing the knowledge imparted by the teacher.
-
Mananam (Contemplation): After listening, students engage in Mananam, reflecting deeply on the teachings, questioning, and contemplating their meaning and relevance.
-
Nididhyasana (Meditation): The final step involves meditating on the learned concepts, leading to a deeper understanding and realization of the truth, thus transforming knowledge into personal wisdom.
-
This structured approach ensures a holistic understanding of Vedic wisdom, empowering participants to live more enlightened and fulfilling lives.
