Yoga for Atmabodha for All Levels

At Vedika, we explore the ancient science of Yoga in all its fullness. Not only as a form of physical exercise, but also a systematic spiritual path, encompassing a comprehensive quest toward the highest states of consciousness.  Vedika lineage’s slow and spiritualized approach to Yoga is called Yoga for Atmabodha, which means “awakening to the truth of our spiritual nature.”  Vedika is proud to support a return to the way Yoga was practiced by the sages by teaching from our Vedic lineage. As explained by our founder, Acharya Shunya:

“Yoga practice should not only exercise your muscles and limbs but should also infuse your body with rejuvenating prana shakti and connect you with your higher Self, which is the source of spiritual power, abiding health, and inner peace.”

Inspiring Mindfulness Practices

Learn new mindfulness techniques and ancient spiritual practices incorporating the sun, moon and flowers to cultivate ongoing awareness and calmness amid your daily life. Learn to chant the ancient Gayatri mantra and other mantras to raise your vibration and heighten your intuition and connection with a cosmic power and source energy, with a universal God. Create sacred artwork. Through these inspiring mindfulness practices, you will learn to release your negative emotions while filling your energy field with love and gratitude.

Profound Circles of Sharing

Conclude the retreat day with a circle of sharing where you can process your learning and share your deep insights and spiritual discoveries in a safe and nurturing space with Acharya Shunya, her team of teachers and other like-minded women participants. Recognize how powerful you really are and how easy it is to enhance different areas of your life and enjoy greater connections with yourself and loved ones.

Join us if you are ready to wake up to your spirit truth and wish to lead an awakened life. Come if you are you ready to begin living in the moment. Come if you want to connect with a community of beings exploring and celebrating their consciousness by choice. Come if it is time to turn in and evoke the loving guidance and presence of your own Self.
