Feeling so humbled and inspired to be here. My name is Sara and I am spiritual seeker and householder. I am a mother of twin girls that are 19, one of which has severe, non-verbal autism. I am a wife, sister, aunt, and daughter to an aging parent. I have been searching for spiritual answers since I was a little girl, but I always found myself coming up short, or struggling to find something that resonated fully in my soul. In 2018, after the death of my father and a chronic illness diagnosis, I was divinely guided to Ayurveda. As I became a student of Ayurveda, I was eventually lead to Acharya Shunya’s teachings and wisdom. And for that I am eternally grateful 🙏🏻

As my path continues to unfold, I feel a deep recognition and remembering of the teachings of the Vedas. And for the first time in my life, things are beginning to make sense.

It was difficult to find a picture of myself, but here I am with my husband of 24 years.
