Jai Maa, I have found the Sanskrit courses through Yogic Studies to be high quality. They have a 6-week self-study Devanagari course that teaches how to read / write in the script used for Sanskrit, as well as more advanced courses that teach grammar, etc.

Note that their courses are from a purely academic background, so the course I took did not include mention of the subtle spiritual aspects of the sounds, or the deeper meanings of mantras, etc. But if you are looking to learn to read / write Sanskrit, they are a worthwhile resource.
