Continuing my introduction ...
I just want to say how happy and relieved I am to land here. My heart echos the sentiments and experiences so many others have experienced and are finding in this ancient wisdom. Like some others have said, I don't know anyone in my personal life who gravitates to this Way, yet I've had perceptions into and leanings toward it since my childhood. Among my many interests, eastern "philosphy" generally, and often Indian traditions specifically, always circled back around. In recent years, Saraswati has been compelling me to enroll in some courses to learn more, but I had no idea the form wouldn't be a university of some sort but rather a gurukulum. "When the student is ready, the teacher comes." I had quite a day at the dentist recently. Leaving out the early stages of that morning's journey to the dentist chair and how I approached my apprehension ... In the middle of the procedure, the dentist drilling away and water splattering about, while I silently changed the gayatri mantra in my mind, the Spotify list that was playing old 70s songs presented one of my old favorites, "The Long and Winding Road" ... "that leads to your door" ... Suddenly my heart started filling up and almost overflowed into tears. Fortunately I maintained my compusure as the drilling continued. 😅 Jai maa!
Isn't it beautiful to see how with Vedic wisdom, even in the most mundane worldly tasks have the potential to open us up from within!
