Morning Sadhaka Sadhana
Jai Maa all,
This mornings session with Sadhvi Aparna I mentioned I listen to a guided meditation of Shunyaji's, it is the Atma Bodha Dhyanam on what is real and what is not real. I have been listening to this meditation over the years and each time a sense of renewal is felt throughout my being. In session 4, Sadhvi Aparna asked us to look at what we are not and for me, this meditation has been helpful to be the witness of my thoughts, this body, who I think I am. I've been turning to this meditation regularly as well. I especially like to listen to it right before going to bed. 🙏🏼
