Jai Maa Everyone,

I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself, and to extend my heartfelt gratitude to be amongst all of you on this sacred Vedic journey. I first found Acharya Shunya ji on a podcast back in 2011. I instantly gravitated towards her wisdom and I felt such a grace in her teachings. I then found out that she was offering a 1-year Ayurvedic Fundamentals course, and I was so pleased to join this program. From my first step into her community, I instantly felt welcomed, supported and inspired. It was the first time that I authentically felt that I had found a spiritual home where I belonged, as well as feeling truly comfortable. A foundation was set in place for me to explore Ayurveda, Yoga and Vedanta amongst beautiful spiritual seekers.

After years of consistent studying with Acharya Shunya ji, I took on the seva (volunteer opportunity) to be the Sangha and Seva coordinator to help welcome new members and to ensure that the overall coordination of our time together was upheld in the light of the teachings. I have stayed consistently close to Acharya Shunya ji's teaching and her sangha since 2012 and it has anchored me into the highest truth of myself while encouraging my own personal potential and growth.

I look forward to staying engaged with this sangha circle, as we share our own personal reflections and journey. The lamp of truth stays forever lit in this sangha~the truth of Brahman, the Ultimate Supreme Consciousness, that we are all ONE. The invitation to sit together at the feet of our teacher, and to learn authentic Vedic wisdom both individually and collectively will make us all healthier and stronger in body, mind and spirit. The essence of the Vedas will keep us aligned to awaken to the power of our own spiritual nature, while nurturing our collective consciousness, what a gift! Upwards and onwards we go, it's an honor to be in sacred space with each of you!
