Jai Maa Sadasya's!

Blessings on a new week, and the week of Diwali, a very sacred holiday in India celebrating victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignornace and much more. This Friday, November 1st marks the New Moon and the celebration of Diwali. We began Navratri on October's New Moon and we have almost completed a full cycle of the Moon. What has churned for you this past month? Please feel free to share any contemplations on this forum.

As Sadaya's we are all practicing shravanam, manamam and nidhidhyasanam, and using the light of Vedic wisdom to alchemize internal and external darkness into inspired and sacred light.

Fellow Sadasya, Shweta Karnik recently shared a beautiful post about facing our fears and darkness. It's a wonderful read, and it can be found on this website, here; A Tale of The Octopus and the Shark: What Can We Learn from

Shweta asks, "What would happen if instead of fear, we approach the shadows lurking with our most genuine and empowered selves? Her question brought a lot of sthira/strength to my being as I sat with this contemplation. I realized how much support and tools I have to rid myself of fear, to bring my goddess like true Soverign Self into all of my interactions and relationships. And as Shweta explains, how much inner peace and space that then brings into every aspect of life.

Check out Shweta's blog post and please share your contemplations as well, as we each learn a lot from one another! Jai MAA!

I loved reading Shweta's words and could feel my heart soften and melt as I let them sink in. I have been pondering...even if it were a shark lurking... Still much opportunity to let light in....🐙 ☀️🦈
