Under a sky full of soft, pink clouds which are reflecting the glow and warmth of the rising sun, a yogi is practicing along the seaside in a joyful camatkarasana, ‘miracle’ pose. The receding waves leave the sand wet and pink with the reflection of the light and the colourful sky above.
"We act for pleasure and away from pain. We want gain. We don’t want loss. We want victory. We must not have defeat. But what if you made them somewhat equal? It doesn’t matter if I gain or lose. It doesn’t matter if I have pleasure or pain. But I am going to engage in action from my duty, from my dharma."

"It doesn't matter if I have pleasure or pain." This is a potent message, the essence of which calls forth the qualities of Self. First, Sakshi, the witness, to be able to separate from whatever my body, mind, or thoughts are experiencing in this moment. Then Ajeya, knowing that no matter what I am experiencing, I am invincible because I am not my body, I am not my feelings, I am not my thoughts. Jai Maa!
