The Acharya
"It is said in India that to meet an Acharya is to meet oneself. Not the self shaped by roles and defenses, but the self beneath them all" Walking with Dharma Page 141. Again and again, I am grateful for these teachings and the Parampara. Indeed, when an Acharya crosses our path, the time has come to truly meet ourselves and seek a return to our true essence. The time has come for the actor to slowly peel off the many roles has been playing and realized that those are just superimposed by the EGO. This return is not a linear path; it requires effort, trust, and steadfastness. Many curveballs will arise, but as long as we allow the Acharya to lead us—rather than hold our hand—we are doing the work.
Jai Guru Deva!
