"Idam Na Mama Swaha" has been such a powerful tool for me this past month, lifting the weight of expecting a particular outcome from people or situations. It has soothed the fever that sometimes afflicts my mind. Like medicine, it has helped me dissolve the signature of Ego and pierce the veil of samsara at a deeper level.
Whether it is house chores, homework, professional work, or the practice of karma yoga and yajnas, every activity has begun to feel weightless, without labels, and formless.
