Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms: By making a donation to Vedika Global Inc. ("the Organization"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not make a donation.

Definitions:

"Donation" refers to any monetary contribution made by you to the Organization through its website or associated platforms.
"Donor" refers to any individual or entity making a Donation to the Organization.
"EIN" refers to the Employer Identification Number assigned to the Organization by the Internal Revenue Service for tax purposes.
"Non-Profit Organization" refers to the Organization's status as a 501(c)(3) entity under the Internal Revenue Code, which allows it to receive tax-deductible contributions.
Tax-Deductible Donations:

Vedika Global, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization. All Donations made to the Organization are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Donors will receive a receipt for their contributions, along with the Organization's EIN, within 24 hours of the Donation via the email used to make the Donation. This receipt can be used for tax purposes.
By making a Donation, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Organization's policies regarding Donations and tax deductions.
Use of Donations:

Donations will be utilized to support the mission of Vedika Global, guided by the vision of Acharya Shunya and managed by the Board of Directors.
The Organization reserves the right to allocate funds as deemed necessary to further its mission and programs.
Refund Policy:

All Donations made to the Organization are non-refundable. Due to limited manpower and resources, we are unable to process refund requests.
We encourage Donors to ensure that their Donation amount is accurate, as contributions will directly support the Organization’s programs and initiatives.
Privacy:

The Organization values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your data will be collected, used, and protected.
Changes to Terms:

Vedika Global reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our Donation services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Vedika Global operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
