Serve As a Sacred Session Host
This role does not involve managing the technical aspects of Zoom, but your contributions are no less essential. By guiding participants through the session with grace and focus, you help maintain the sacred environment that allows everyone to fully immerse in the teachings. As a Sacred Session Host, you have the unique opportunity to serve as the welcoming presence for our online teachings, playing a vital role in creating an atmosphere of warmth, connection, and sacredness for all participants. In this role, you will be the face that greets fellow seekers, monitors the chat for any questions or comments, reads out Q&A submissions to the teacher, and leads the opening and closing chants to set the tone for each session. Your presence as a host helps ensure that the experience for participants is smooth, meaningful, and engaging, allowing the spiritual teachings to flow without distraction.
Seva Requirement
We are looking for Sadasyas who can commit to this seva for a period of 6 to 12 months. Comprehensive training will be provided so that you are fully equipped to handle this sacred responsibility. If there are specific days or times when you are unavailable, you will have the opportunity to request backup from other sevites with similar assignments, ensuring that every session is led with care and presence, even in your absence. Your service as a Sacred Session Host will directly support the transmission of wisdom from our Guru, helping uphold the tradition while creating a welcoming space for all seekers.

A key part of this seva is the willingness to chant in Sanskrit, leading the opening and closing invocations. Don’t worry if you’re new to chanting—Sadhvi Aparna will personally provide training to guide you in this sacred practice. Additionally, you’ll need to commit to showing up consistently for your assigned sessions, as your presence is crucial to maintaining the welcoming and sacred atmosphere.
You will also need to be camera-ready, ensuring you have proper lighting and a quiet, dedicated space where you can be clearly visible to participants. This allows you to lead with the presence and care that the role requires, creating an engaging and respectful environment for all involved. By embracing these responsibilities with a positive and devoted attitude, you will play an essential role in supporting the spiritual journey of the entire community.
