GROUNDS FOR MEMBER DISMISSAL

  1. ​Violation of Posted Rules: Failure to adhere to the established rules and guidelines of the Vedic Study Circle.

  2. Disruptive Behavior: Engaging in conduct that disrupts the learning environment or negatively impacts other participants.

  3. Disrespectful Communication: Using disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate language towards instructors or fellow members.

  4. Unauthorized Recording: Recording or distributing class content without explicit permission.

  5. Non-Compliance with Participation Guidelines: Repeatedly failing to participate in a respectful and constructive manner.

  6. Harassment or Intimidation: Engaging in any form of harassment, intimidation, or bullying of other members.

  7. Misrepresentation: Providing false information about oneself or one's intentions for joining the Vedic Study Circle.

  8. False Identity: Using a false identity or misrepresenting oneself in any way.

  9. Engaging in Disputes: Previously engaging in any dispute with former students, staff, or teachers.

  10. Inappropriate Use of Platform: Using the platform for activities unrelated to the purpose of the Vedic Study Circle, such as commercial promotions or personal agendas.

  11. Breach of Privacy: Violating the privacy of other members, including sharing personal information without consent.

  12. Non-Voluntary Donations Pressure: Pressuring other members to make donations or any other financial contributions.

  13. Racism: Engaging in any form of racial discrimination, hate speech, or behavior that promotes racial intolerance.

  14. Gender Shaming: Participating in or promoting gender shaming, discrimination, or any form of sexism.

  15. Inappropriate Content: Sharing, distributing, or promoting pornography or any sexually explicit material within the Vedic Study Circle.

  16. ​Additional Grounds: There may be more grounds for dismissal based on commonsense rules, even if not explicitly posted above.
     

These grounds, posted on August 1, 2024,  ensure that the Vedic Study Circle remains a safe, respectful, and conducive environment for all participants
