We invite you to join us in commemorating the 125th emergence day of Baba Ayodhya Nath, a revered Vedic scholar, yogi, and healer whose life and teachings have profoundly influenced the spiritual journeys of countless seekers. Born in the sacred city of Ayodhya, the cradle of spirituality and birthplace of Lord Rama, Baba Ayodhya Nath was a pivotal figure in the Sarayu Parampara lineage. His sage wisdom and engaging satsangs resonated deeply, drawing both devoted students and prominent figures, including India's Prime Minister, to seek his guidance.

Baba Ayodhya Nath was not just a familial patriarch but also a spiritual guru to Acharya Shunya, one of the 21st century's most renowned Vedic teachers, recognized internationally for her transformative books and teachings. His spiritual legacy, emphasizing the paths of Karma Yoga, Jnana Yoga, and Bhakti Yoga, continues to inspire a holistic journey towards union with the divine. This legacy is carried forward with vigor by Acharya Shunya in the realms of Ayurveda and spiritual enlightenment.

Acharya Shunya Pays Tribute
Thousands who were previously unaware of Baba Ayodhya Nath’s teachings experienced a profound transformation upon encountering Acharya Shunya, an unassuming Indian teacher who made her debut on the world stage at the age of 40. Now, in her 58th year and merely mere 18 years later, thousands have been touched by her spoken wisdom and books on Ayurveda, Yoga, Advaita Vedanta and divine Feminine teachings . Acharya Shunya attributes her insights and the transformative impact of her teachings to the guidance of her guru and grandfather, Baba Ayodhya Nath. She describes him as a karmic gift provided to safeguard her against the sorrows of Samsara.

During the 125th Janma Tithi celebration, Acharya Shunya paid heartfelt tribute to Baba Ayodhya Nath across two sessions. Her words were a powerful homage to his enduring influence, resonating deeply with those new to his teachings and long-time followers alike. She invited attendees to "let your heart listen" as she recounted how Baba’s teachings have not only shaped her path but have also offered a ray of light to those navigating the complexities of modern life.

Musical Homage: A Santoor
Performance by Pundit Abhay Sopori
As part of the celebrations marking the 125th Janma Tithi of Baba Ayodhya Nath, we were graced with a mesmerizing Santoor performance by the acclaimed maestro Abhay Sopori. With his deep roots in the distinguished Sopori lineage of Kashmiri musicians, Abhay brought a blend of tradition and innovation to his tribute. His performance skillfully intertwined the ancient vibrations of the Santoor with the spiritual teachings of Baba Ayodhya Nath, creating a sublime auditory experience that captivated and uplifted all who were present.

The event was not only a celebration of Baba's life but also an embodiment of Vedic wisdom expressed through the divine music of the Santoor. Abhay's compositions reflected the deep spirituality and the profound teachings that Baba exemplified, serving as a bridge between the celestial and the terrestrial.

Guardian of Tradition and Spiritual Guide
We invite you to meet Pundit Revat Prakash, the dedicated uncle of Acharya Shunya and a venerable custodian of Baba Ayodhya Nath’s spiritual legacy. Residing in Ayodhya at the ancestral home, Pundit Revat Prakash continues to uphold and impart the profound teachings of our lineage as a Vedic priest and a Vedic teacher. Through his delivery of enlightening satsangas and his steadfast commitment to the Vedic traditions, he plays a crucial role in nurturing the spiritual growth of our community. Join us to honor his lifelong dedication to preserving and sharing the wisdom of our forebears.
The first video is a short tribute to his father and the second is a recorded dialogue between Acharya Shunya and Pundit ji, elucidating how he lives the path of Bhakti, Karma, Upasana and Jnana yoga, truly mirroring his father's legacy. He calm, joy, health and centeredness at age 92, despite his only daughters tragic demise a few years ago, shows how Vedic wisdom and trust in ishvara, can keep one alright and even joyful, despite samsaric suffering.

Meet Sri Daya Prakash Sinha, Acharya Shunya’s father, affectionately known as Tata Ji within Vedika Global community As a venerable elder son of Baba Ayodhya Nath, Tata ji plays a pivotal role in preserving and perpetuating our esteemed cultural heritage. As a guardian of traditional values through his extensive work in the Indian Administrative Service and as a celebrated playwright, he enriches our understanding of Vedic principles through modern expressions. Beginning his career as a professor of history, Tata Ji has also served as a visiting faculty at Vedika, where he taught our senior students about India's history, the Vedic renaissance, and cultural contexts, thereby ensuring the continuity of our spiritual and cultural lineage. His teachings reflect Baba Ayodhya Nath's deep wisdom, embodying his father's legacy in every lesson and interaction. Through his life and work, Tata Ji exemplifies the very essence of Baba's teachings, serving as a living bridge connecting the past with the present and mentoring Acharya Shunya in the profound responsibilities of carrying forward these sacred traditions. His distinguished career and literary contributions continue to inspire and guide current and future generations in the timeless teachings of our culture.



Sri Parag Prakash
A Beacon of Strength and Support
Meet Sri Parag Prakash, a humble yet accomplished elder brother of Acharya Shunya and grandson of Baba Ayodhya Nath. parag has quietly forged a path of significant influence and contribution. A Wharton School of Management alumnus, he concluded his distinguished government career as Deputy Accountant General of India. Also, Parag Prakash contributed globally as an International Advisor to different United Nations and Commonwealth projects, offering guidance across 65 countries. His commitment extends to humanitarian efforts, actively supporting various humanitarian endeavors throughout India. As a personal advisor to his sister Acharya Shunya, he continues to impact lives, always speaking simply and sincerely about his deep connection with his grandfather, Baba Ayodhya Nath, and consistently encouraging his sister to forge ahead, embodying the lessons learned from such a profound relationship.
Srimati Shalika Prakash
Pillar of Family and Guardian of Recipes
Join us for a special session with Srimati Shalika Prakash, the granddaughter-in-law of Baba Ayodhya Nath. Renowned for her exceptional homemaking skills and her pivotal role as a supporter of our lineage's work, Shalika embodies the spirit and dedication necessary to preserve our cherished traditions. Shalika Prakash, a master in botany and an esteemed Director on the Board of India based Rustum Foundation, has had the unique privilege of spending extensive time with Baba. Shalika offered a tribute to Baba on his 125th Janma Tithi. Following the tribute, she demonstrated how to prepare his favorite halwa recipe, allowing Sadasyas the opportunity to experience and recreate a beloved dish from our culinary heritage. Shalika's deep commitment to the principles of Karma Yoga shines through her leadership at the Rustom Foundation, where she works to advance educational opportunities for underprivileged children and provide support for the elderly, continuing Baba’s legacy of selfless service.

With over 200 recipes to his name, each session with Chef Sanjai is not just a cooking lesson but a deep dive into the healing powers of Ayurveda.
