In sessions 5 & 6, we gently enter a new phase of deepening our understanding of Acharyopasanam. Together, we will reflect on how the guidance of the Acharya and the practice of REST support our unfolding as sincere and receptive seekers on this path of dharma.

We come to this platform to bath in Acharya Shunya's shastric wisdom and absorb Vedic knowledge. They support and guide our mind, our intellect, our soul ... while Ayurveda is the knowledge base that supports our physical body. Acharya Shunya created a lovely book to guide us in care for the body "Ayurvedic Lifestyle Wisdom". We use it as the basis for our monthly topic (no need to have a copy).

Acharya Shunya's story of moulding clay balls decorated with shells to raise funds for her Baba's satsang hall insipired the inner child in me to mould a sand ball decorate it with sea shells, offer this to Lakshmi and ask that the Inner Mandala flourish as Acharya Shunya desires. No passers by to purchase the wares, only the wind and water to dissolve the offering into the Universe.
