It's been such a soulful and inspiring start to 2026 with our Parampara gathering, Navodaya retreat and our Karma Yoga Session. Our lineage is so rich in wisdom, knowledge and ritual. One of the most auspicious times in the Vedic calendar, Makar Sankranti is coming up on January 14th!

Join me tomorrow for Atma Dance where we will explore how Makar Sankranti transforms our health, happiness and collective well being! As the sun soon turns northward in the cosmos, the spiritual energy on Earth is here to support our own studentship, growth and renewal. There is so much depth and meaning that we will contemplate. We will use it's inspiration in our dance and movement, exploring more of divine mother's energy in our own body, mind and soul!

I feel so blessed to be able to attend the Navodaya retreat yesterday and receive the enlightening teachings from Shunya ji and listen to other sadasyas in the community and their experiences.

Shunya ji talks about sangha (the journey of walking together towards the same goal while the journey being so personal)! That is how I felt yesterday. The duality of experience of being a part of the community while being comfortably alone in the journey to home!

Shunya ji description of the divination ceremony being a guidance for yet another year to find our way home, to the deepest sense of existence was beautiful and reassuring.
