New Course with Sadhvi Aparna:

Sadhaka Sadhana
Starts June 4 | Ends August 13 | Every Thursday | 7:00–8:00 AM, PT

This course is especially valuable for those on the path of discipleship, as it lays a strong foundation for deeper levels of sadhana. At the same time, it is fully open and deeply beneficial for non-disciples and all sincere seekers who wish to study Jnana Yoga with clarity, depth, and steadiness.

These four qualities support anyone who is ready to learn. They help open the heart and refine the mind, guiding the seeker from confusion and distraction toward discernment, inner strength, and genuine readiness for transformation.

Come as you are.
Begin where you are.
Sadhvi Aparna will begin teaching a new weekly class, Sadhaka Sadhana, based on the classical 4-step path of Sadhana Chatushtayam elucidated by Adi Shankaracharya: the Four Qualities essential for progress on the spiritual path—starting Thursday, June 4.

This course is especially relevant for beginners who are just starting to take their inner journey seriously and want to build a solid foundation of inner values and dharma orientation. This teaching systematically unfolds four essential inner qualities that help us begin living with more calm, less stress, clearer thinking, and steady purpose -firming our steps, clarifying our goals.

In this course, you will learn:

Viveka – how to tell what truly supports your peace and what drains you
Vairagya – how to gently let go of stress, clutter, and unhealthy attachments
Shat-Sampatti – six daily inner strengths like calmness, focus, and faith
Mumukshutva – how to connect with your deeper desire for true freedom

About
Sadhvi Aparna has walked the Vedic path with her Guru, Acharya Shunya, for over fifteen years. Through sustained study, inner discipline, and lived transformation, she has become a steady and trusted presence on the path. As former Dean of the Vedic Studies Program at Vedika Global (2014–2019), she mentored hundreds of Sadasyas with clarity, humility, and dedication.

In recognition of her embodiment of the teachings, she was honored with the title Sadhvi, affirming her readiness to guide others and transmit lineage wisdom. She has taught Sadhana Chatushtayam at the adhikari level, led Karma Yoga teachings, and offered the Bhaja Govindam Companion Series, helping students bring non-dual wisdom into daily life.

Her newest offering, Sadhaka Sadhana, is a gift to international seekers: those just beginning or returning to the path, who long to live with more inner peace, clarity, and spiritual purpose. It is her way of extending a warm hand to those across the world who are ready to begin walking toward freedom, one step at a time.
