Where Should I Begin?
Where Should You Begin?
Acharya Shunya offers several doorways into Vedic wisdom.
The right place to begin depends upon what you are seeking and how deeply you are ready to study.

For the Deepest Vedic Path
Choose the Inner Mandala if you are seeking Self-knowledge, spiritual maturity, and the complete path of the Four Yogas. This is the most sustained way to study with Acharya Shunya through Jnana, Bhakti, Karma, and Upasana Yoga, with live teachings, sacred verses, contemplative practice, recordings, and a global community of sincere seekers.

For Women Drawn to the Goddess
Choose the Goddess Unbound Circle if you feel called to the Divine Feminine and want to live with greater courage, inner authority, emotional truth, and embodied Shakti. These teachings bring the wisdom of the Vedic Goddesses into a woman’s voice, relationships, choices, spiritual life, and destiny.
For Yoga Teachers and Serious Practitioners
Yoga teachers and experienced practitioners seeking the philosophical and spiritual roots of Yoga will find their deepest foundation in the Inner Mandala. Monthly Upasana Yoga classes may also serve as an accessible doorway into mantra, meditation, devotion, breath, and sacred presence.

You May Choose Both
The Inner Mandala and Goddess Unbound are not competing paths. The Inner Mandala offers the complete Vedic foundation for Self-realization. Goddess Unbound offers a concentrated journey into Shakti, feminine wisdom, and embodied transformation. Those who have the time and capacity may study through both.

Gurukula Immersion
Intimate Ayurveda Study with Acharya Shunya
and Chef Sanjai
A Gurukula-style Ayurveda immersion is being actively envisioned by Acharya Shunya and her life partner, Chef Sanjai, who is an Ayurveda cooking and food expert, for students called to deeper embodied learning. This intimate four-night, three-day gathering will be rooted in daily rhythm, food wisdom, kitchen practice, mantra, healing oils, and the living transmission of Ayurveda through a householder lineage. Students may apply if they feel drawn to wake with the morning sun, prepare Ayurvedic recipes, chant bedtime mantras, learn healing oils, and live Ayurveda as sacred discipline.
