Are You Ready to Deepen Your Gayatri Sadhana Journey?
Gayatri Sadhana, Level 2
A 12 Week Practice Circle
Starts May 17, 2026
7 to 8 AM, PT
Who is Eligible?
This second phase of Gayatri Sadhana is open only to those who have previously completed Gayatri Mantra Sadhana – Part 1 with Acharya Shunya.

It does not matter when you attended the introductory program. Whether you participated recently or in an earlier year, you are warmly welcome to continue into this next stage of practice.

Part 2 assumes that students have already received the foundational orientation to the Gayatri Mantra, its spirit of reverence, and the initial rhythm of daily practice. Because of this shared foundation, we are able to enter more deeply into the contemplative and experiential dimensions of Gayatri Sadhana together.

If you have previously completed Gayatri Sadhana Part 1 with Acharya Shunya, you are eligible to enroll in this continuation. If you have not yet taken Part 1, we encourage you to begin there when it is offered again, so that you may enter this sacred practice in the proper sequence.

Sadhana Support for Dedicated Seekers
In this Level 2 practice, Acharya Shunya has thoughtfully organized a Gayatri Mantra Sadhana Practice Circle that begins on Sunday, May 17th, 2026, 7:00 AM PDT, USA, and ends on August 2nd, 2026 (12 Sundays in a row).
This 12-week Sunday series will offer a collective space for seekers to practice, reflect, and grow together, weaving the teachings of the Gayatri Mantra more firmly into their daily lives.

While this practice series is entirely optional, it is highly recommended for those who are committed to integrating these transformative teachings more fully.

Overview of the Practice
Welcome
Each session begins with a warm and grounding introduction from a lineage teacher (Sadhya or Sadhvi), setting the sacred tone for the gathering and preparing the mind and heart for practice.

Gayatri Pranayama
We begin the practice with several rounds of Gayatri pranayama. This sacred breathing practice harmonizes breath, mantra, and awareness, gently quieting the mind and preparing the inner field for deeper mantra sadhana.

Four Ways of Chanting the Gayatri Mantra
Participants will then practice the Gayatri mantra through the four traditional levels of chanting taught by Acharya Shunya. The mantra is refined gradually from clear articulated sound, to mental repetition, to subtle perceptive awareness, and finally toward transcendental stillness.

Gayatri Meditation
The session then moves into a guided Gayatri meditation. The meditation itself has been written and recorded in the words and voice of Acharya Shunya, allowing participants to enter the contemplative heart of the mantra as it was intended to be practiced in the lineage.

Shared Inspiration and Student Sharing
Brief reflections and insights are offered during the session to keep practitioners inspired and connected to the deeper purpose of the sadhana.

Closing Reflection
Each gathering closes with a short reflection offered by the Sadhya or Sadhvi, helping integrate the week’s practice and leaving participants with a contemplative thread to carry into daily life.

In the Vedic path, abhyasa, steady practice, is what turns inspiration into realization. With Gayatri Sadhana, transformation comes not from occasional effort but from returning to the mantra again and again.

The Power of Repetition
Regular chanting creates an inner rhythm. Over time, the sound, breath, and mind begin to align with the light of Gayatri.
From Knowledge to Experience
What begins as learning gradually becomes lived insight. Through practice, the mantra moves from the intellect into the heart.
Discipline and Patience
Abhyasa cultivates steadiness. Quiet inner shifts begin to unfold through patient, regular effort.
Clearing Inner Obstacles
With continued practice, distractions, doubt, and restlessness begin to soften, allowing greater clarity and peace.
A Path of Gradual Mastery
Spiritual growth unfolds step by step. Each return to the mantra refines awareness and deepens connection to Gayatri Shakti.

This 12-week practice circle offers a supportive structure to sustain that practice rhythm, helping sincere seekers deepen their connection with the Gayatri Mantra.
