Reflection Pods
Connect & Reflect at 7 PM Your Time
What Are Reflection Pods?
Reflection Pods are close-knit circles of three or more Sadasyas who meet bi-weekly to deepen their understanding through shared reflection, insight, and mutual support. Each pod focuses on a selected teaching or practice, inviting members to bring their questions, insights, and reflections rather than to lecture. From June 2025 through March 2026, our pods will center on Karma Yoga. While meeting days differ by region, every pod convenes in the 2nd and 4th week, at 7 PM local time, making it easy to connect wherever you are.
How to Join a Reflection Pod?
Meet the Leaders: Start in the “Meet Our Pod Leaders” section to read each host’s bio and learn about them.
Find Your Time Zone: Scroll to the "Find Your Pod” section, where each leader is paired with the countries and time zones for their 7 PM local pod.
Grab the Zoom Link: Under each leader’s listing you’ll find the Zoom link. No password is required.
Join Live for 1 Hour: At the scheduled day and local time, click the link and settle in for a one-hour circle.
Deepen or Explore: You can hop between different pods each week to explore, yet we suggest you stick with one or two maximum to deepen your connection with peers and practice.

I am Sadhya Arya, and I live in East Syracuse, New York. I study with and do seva for Acharya Shunyaji and the Parampara to my great delight. In addition, I enjoy a career as a clinical nutritionist, anthropologist, and researcher. I love outdoor activities, including gardening, biking, kayaking, swimming, hiking, and poorly played golf.
I am Sadhya Soham. I’ve studied Advaita Vedanta and Yoga philosophy for over ten years. I embrace seva, a core practice of Karma Yoga in all areas of life, serving on Vedika Global’s Board since 2017. This practice enriches me deeply. I live in Oregon with my wife and our animals and work as an electrical engineer.
I am Sadhya Kavya, based in Chengdu, China, and the author of children’s books that weave timeless teachings into playful, inspiring stories. As seva to our Guru, I regularly contribute reflective blogs that deepen our understanding. Beyond my passion for Vedanta, I love reading, writing, and exploring new places.
CENTRAL EUROPE POD

Anchor Yourself for Stability & Depth
While you’re welcome to explore multiple Reflection Pods, we find that steady commitment to one primary pod offers the greatest benefit—to you and the group. Consistent membership:
Stabilizes the Pod Structure: Regular attendance helps the group form a reliable rhythm and sense of community.
Honors Tradition: In a Vedic context, sustained engagement fosters deeper learning and collective support, rather than the modern habit of “group-hopping.”
Builds Trust & Rapport: Returning week after week allows you to speak more openly and receive richer feedback.
Tracks Your Growth: You’ll notice how your reflections evolve over time, guided by the same circle of peers.
To fully experience the power of shared reflection, choose your main pod and return faithfully—your practice and the Pod both grow stronger together.
Seasonal & Daylight-Saving Notes
All session times are listed in local standard time. When a region enters or leaves daylight-saving (summer) time, the clock shifts automatically—so your pod will always begin at 7 PM local, whether that is GMT or BST, CET or CEST, EST or EDT, and so on. Please adjust your calendar accordingly when the clocks change.
Accessibility & Inclusivity
Hearing Support: If you have a hearing challenge, notify your Pod Leader before the session so they can enable live transcription—this feature is not turned on by default.
Virtual Only: To preserve confidentiality and the integrity of the group, we do not encourage in-person meetups as part of a Pod.
Technical Checks
If you struggle with connectivity, test your device and Zoom settings (audio, video, captions) at least 10 minutes before the session.
Pod Guidelines
Our Reflection Pods thrive when each member feels seen, heard, and respected. Please honor these simple guidelines to keep our gatherings supportive and focused.
No Gossip, No Personal Advice
This is not a life-coaching circle. Please refrain from sharing rumors or offering private counseling. Our aim is shared reflection, not individual or group therapy.
Topic-Only Discussion
In each session, focus solely on that week’s teaching or practice. When it’s your turn, speak from your experience of the assigned text or exercise—no side conversations about unrelated matters.
Confidentiality
What happens in the Pod stays in the Pod. Trust is sacred—let us honor everyone’s privacy by not repeating personal stories or comments outside the group.
Equal Air-Time
We will self-time ourselves so everyone gets a turn. Please be concise and respectful of others’ speaking time.
Practicality
Concentrate on real-life application. We’re not introducing new teachings here; instead, let’s explore how to live the wisdom we’ve already studied.
Thank you for upholding these principles. Together, we create a safe, vibrant space for growth.
Questions?

"Just as the still water mirrors the mountain, our Reflection Pods shall hold up the teachings, so you can see your own inner landscape."
