Goddess Unbound Membership Policies
Goddess Unbound is an ongoing spiritual teaching community with Acharya Shunya. Women may join at any time, subject to available space. Because the Circle is intentionally kept intimate, enrollment may occasionally pause when capacity is reached.
These policies are here so that the financial and community agreements are clear before you enter.
1. Monthly Membership
Monthly Membership is $95 per month.
For women enrolling before the January 2027 opening, the first $95 payment is collected when you register. This payment is non-refundable, reserves your place in the Circle, and covers your first month beginning January 3, 2027.
Your next payment will be charged on February 3, 2027, and thereafter monthly until you cancel.
After Goddess Unbound has begun, women may join the monthly membership at any time, subject to available space. Your membership begins when you enroll, and you simply enter the living journey wherever the Circle is then studying.
Monthly payments are processed at enrollment and renew automatically each month until canceled.
2. Annual Membership
Annual Membership is $950 for twelve months, giving you twelve months for the equivalent of ten monthly payments.
The full annual payment is collected when you enroll and is non-refundable.
Annual Members receive:

Complimentary lifetime access to Acharya Shunya’s Goddess and Relationships course, currently valued at $149

Priority invitation to advanced member-only Goddess immersions, sacred journeys, and deeper Shakti trainings as they are offered
For women enrolling before the January 2027 opening, the annual membership begins January 3, 2027. The next annual renewal will not occur until January 3, 2028.
For women joining later, the twelve-month membership period begins from the membership start date shown at checkout.
Annual Membership renews automatically each year until canceled.
3. Moving from Monthly to Annual
Monthly Members may choose to become Annual Members at any time.
Simply write to info@acharyashunya.com, and our team will help you make the change.
Once the Annual Membership begins and payment is completed, you receive the benefits available to Annual Members at that time, including lifetime access to Goddess and Relationships.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership through the My Subscriptions area of the Acharya Shunya website or by following the cancellation instructions provided with your membership.
Cancellation prevents the next recurring payment.
Your access normally continues until the end of the membership period for which you have already paid.
Please cancel before your next billing date if you do not wish the membership to renew.
5. Refunds
Membership payments already processed are non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly approved in exceptional circumstances.
This includes the initial $95 Monthly Membership payment and the $950 Annual Membership payment.
Refunds or credits are not ordinarily provided because of:

Missed live gatherings

Scheduling conflicts

Not using the recordings, portal, or community

A personal decision to discontinue during a paid membership period

Suspension or termination following a serious or repeated violation of the Community Guidelines
If Goddess Unbound permanently discontinues a paid membership period for reasons unrelated to a member’s conduct, an appropriate refund, credit, or alternative may be offered.
6. The Spirit of the Community
Goddess Unbound is meant to be a mature, respectful spiritual community.
Members are welcome to question, reflect, disagree, and bring their own lived experience. Personal conformity or unquestioning agreement is not expected.
We do ask that members protect the dignity and privacy of the Circle.
Members may not:

Harass, threaten, shame, demean, or personally attack another participant

Discriminate against another participant

Repeatedly disrupt live teachings or community discussions

Solicit members for businesses, services, private gatherings, political activity, fundraising, or personal projects without permission

Share another member’s private disclosures, photographs, contact information, or personal story without permission

Record or distribute teachings, recordings, screenshots, written materials, or private forum conversations

Share membership passwords, portal access, or Zoom links with non-members

Present themselves as authorized teachers or representatives of Acharya Shunya, Goddess Unbound, or the lineage without permission
7. Privacy Within the Circle
Women may sometimes share personal experiences during live gatherings or within the private community.
Please treat what another woman shares as confidential.
You are always free to speak about your own learning and experience, but please do not identify, quote, or retell another member’s personal story without her clear permission.
As with any online community, complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Please use discernment when sharing highly sensitive personal information.
8. Suspension or Removal
Most concerns can be addressed through communication and guidance.
Depending upon the circumstances, the Goddess Unbound team may offer guidance, issue a warning, temporarily suspend access, or end a membership.
Immediate action may be taken when there are serious concerns involving harassment, threats, discrimination, deliberate breaches of confidentiality, unauthorized sharing of protected teachings, fraudulent access, or conduct that places another member or the community at risk.
Where reasonably appropriate, a member will be informed of the concern and given an opportunity to respond.
A serious or repeated violation of these agreements may result in suspension or termination without refund of payments already processed, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Recordings and Membership Access
Eligible live teachings will ordinarily be recorded and made available through the private Goddess Unbound portal.
By participating verbally in a recorded Goddess Unbound gathering, you consent to your voice and contributions being included in the recording. Recordings may be made available to current and future Goddess Unbound members through the private membership platform and may remain available after your membership ends. You understand that recordings containing your contributions may not later be edited or removed at your request.
Recordings remain available while your Goddess Unbound membership is active, unless a particular offering specifically states otherwise.
Not every discussion, personal sharing, breakout session, or question-and-answer period is guaranteed to be recorded.
Membership teachings and materials are for your personal spiritual study. They may not be reproduced, publicly shared, taught, republished, sold, or commercially used without written permission.
The Goddess and Relationships course received by eligible Annual Members is different: those members receive lifetime personal access to that course.
10. Spiritual and Educational Nature of Goddess Unbound
Goddess Unbound is rooted in the living Goddess traditions of Hindu Sanatana Dharma and draws upon Vedic, Puranic, Tantric, yogic, and Vedantic wisdom.
The Goddesses are honored as sacred forms within living Hindu traditions. They are not presented merely as psychological archetypes, although their teachings may deeply illuminate the inner lives of women today.
Women of every faith, and women without a formal faith, are welcome.
There is no expectation of conversion to Hinduism or adoption of Goddess worship.
Mantra, meditation, prayer, contemplation, sacred imagery, and devotional practices may be offered. Each woman remains free to discern what relationship, if any, she wishes to develop with these practices.
Goddess Unbound is a spiritual and educational program. It is not psychotherapy, medical care, psychiatric treatment, crisis intervention, or a substitute for professional healthcare.
Members remain responsible for their own choices, wellbeing, and decisions.
11. Advanced Study
Women who continue deeply in Goddess Unbound may be invited to advanced member-only immersions, sacred journeys, and deeper Shakti training as these opportunities develop.
Acharya Shunya is also envisioning a future Vedic Priestess Training and Initiation.
If and when this training is offered, women who have maintained Annual Membership for at least three consecutive years may become eligible to be considered.
Three years of membership does not automatically guarantee admission or initiation. Readiness, participation, maturity, the requirements of the future training, and Acharya Shunya’s discernment will all be part of that decision.
12. Changes to Teachings or Schedule
Because this is a living teaching community, themes and the sequence of teachings may evolve.
Dates, teachers, or program details may occasionally change because of illness, emergencies, sacred observances, technological difficulties, or other circumstances.
If a material change occurs, members will be informed as soon as reasonably possible, and an appropriate rescheduled teaching, recording, substitute offering, or alternative may be provided.
13. Changes to These Policies
The billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms you agree to when purchasing your membership will continue to govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or you affirmatively accept a new financial arrangement.
Community and operational guidelines may occasionally be updated to protect members and support the wellbeing of the Circle.
Material changes affecting active members will be communicated.
