Kula Meet Recording: Navigating Worldly Roles with Spiritual Clarity
Jai Maa! Jai Gurudev!
The Kula Meet over the weekend with Acharya Shunya on the theme, “The Sacred Life of a Grhastha Sadhu: Navigating Worldly Roles with Spiritual Clarity”, included deep teachings on how to lead an outwardly worldly life while embodying the spiritual inner life of a Sadhu. We witnessed heartfelt shares from our community and received Acharya Shunya’s illuminating, perceptive responses that brought deeper understanding to all of us.
The replay is available in the Kula Meet playlist here.
You can explore all of the Sadasya Connect playlists, which include all sessions that are exclusive for Vedic Study Circle members, here.
Taking the opportunity to share my personal response to the Kula meet, attached is a photo of my contemplation notebook from after the session. This simple image comes to my heart of figurative versions of Shiva, Shakti, and the children of their union - Karthikeya, Ganesha, and Ashoka - described by Acharya Shunya during the Kula meet. When I heard Acharya Shunya explain the relationships and meanings of this family as a mandala that blossoms within the being of a Grihasta Sadhu… I saw such a beautiful and accurate depiction of the sequence of inner revelations that unfolded during the most tumultuous episodes of my own life as a householder, and a potent vision to describe the consciousness and power that I can now bring to my relationships and responsibilities as I walk the path of a Grihasta Sadhu.
These Kula meets hold such powerful insights. It was a blessing to receive the transcendent and the earthly teachings from Acharya Shunya. May we all continue to savor these sacred words.
What words or concepts touched your heart or brought new light to your being in this session?
