Jai Maa!

As I prepare to lead a yoga teacher training, I am looking through my notes on Sankhya philosophy. Now, I fully understand that Vedanta is a different philosophy so something struck me like never before.

I have been still sitting with the teaching of letting of even the goodness. Whether it's being good, doing good, or even experiencing "good". As I looked at the three gunas, I was struck with how in Sankhya Philosophy, Sattva is STILL a disturbance of consciousness that gives rise to materialization.

I hadn't ever considered this before and it's quite eye opening to watch how these teachings are quite literally everywhere and once I dial into them, they appear for me to learn and observe them, no matter where I am looking. It's always about my orientation and relationship as the observer that these teachings can reach me.

This is just so powerful for me and I wanted to share in case it was of value to anyone else.

Love & blessings,

Sita

After reading this I realized I was having a similar experience. And then I began to notice more synchronicity going on in my mind in general. 🙏
