Hello, Jai Maa.

What a joy and privilege to be a student of Acharya Shunya and a member of this beautiful community.  Thank you for all your introductions and shares. It’s so beautiful to hear of other’s journeys. I’ve only been a student of Acharya Shunya’s for a year and a half but I knew instantly the gift she and the wisdom she was sharing was, and devoted myself to learning and practicing.  My immersion has culminated in coming to know who I am not and becoming more familiar with who I am, having finally turned within, after chasing, even spirituality, ‘out there’ for so many years. I feel so blessed to have found such fulfillment, peace, and contentment.

Every teaching has made an impact but of special note is the current Bhaja Govindam series with its much appreciated directness and, new to me, theme of urgency to awaken. Acharya Shunya’s teaching has clearly exposed samara for the imposter it is.  I see the false promises, the fleetingness of it all and how futile it is to try to hold onto or control it. I feel very grateful to have found that solid ground of Self prior to this teaching so that the process of dropping and letting go has been made so much easier, even welcome, knowing that it will only deepen my experience of what lies beneath and behind all the noise.  The theme of urgency, while somewhat shocking at first, has only fueled my fire to devote myself to these teachings and to awaken.

I’m so inspired and excited to continue on this journey with all of you, each on our own and at different junctures, but together in spirit and intention, to discover more of what lies ahead and within.

Thank you Acharya Shunya for being such a brilliant, radiant light that the path forward couldn’t be clearer for us and now, for anyone who wants to join you. I wish and pray that the blessings you’ve so generously bestowed upon all of us come back to you many, many times over.

Thank you. Jai Maa.

Jai Maa and Welcome Tami. I also am finding the impact of the Bhaja Govindam teachings to be immediate - a clarion call to those lingering parts of my ego that still find distraction and desire, attachments and aversions in this lifetime. However refined my desires may have gotten over years, this text is truly "hammering away" at what ignorance I've been holding onto (like a security blanket of self-identification). What a blessing you are here in this perfect moment!
