UPDATE: SADHAKA SADHANA CLASS 9 WILL BE POSTPONED FOR ONE WEEK.
I look forward to continuing our Sadhaka Sadhana journey together NEXT Thursday morning at 7am Pacific Time. In Class 9, we continue with Uparama - withdrawal of the mind.
