Experiencing Atma Art with Sadhya Atmajyoti
Today I followed along with the recording of Sadhya Atmajyoti’s first Atma Art session. He describes it as a devotional, creative practice - where each mark we make is an offering to Ishwara made without attachment to outcome.

It was grounding, freeing, and deeply sensitizing. He guided us through a meditation to connect with the wonder of Ishwara’s creative potential, and tied this in to concepts of Idam na mama - where we can align our own creative expression with the divine’s creative impulse. All of our marks were connected to the breath and it was powerful.
I finished the session awakened to the sensitivity, wonder, and flow through my hands - the organs of so many actions. As the mind became quiet during the guided art practices, I noticed subtle insights into my own mind emerge.
The shares from the live attendees were really meaningful, and I appreciate everyone who showed up live. I felt like I was right there with you in the moment.
This new series is a gem to bookmark!
The playlist is on the All Sessions page and right here if you would like to experience this beautiful practice:

It was really relaxing, fun, and noticing how the creative spirit is one with the divine.
