Detox in the Bahamas

I have some questions about the schedule.
1) Does the money for the stay include the night before we begin day 1?
2) is the morning and evening satsang, yoga and pranaya - run by Acharya Shunya or given by the center staff?
I ask this because I'm currently doing a long term healing regime with an Ayurvedic practitioner from this gurukulum and the reason I really am considering to go to this is that it is a bit more accessible for me than the July gathering and I want to meet Shunyaji, our guru.
Any clarity will be appreciated.
