I deeply appreciate Tuesday's beautiful overview of our karma yoga journey and I thank you Sadhvi Ishaniji for sharing what couldn’t be a simpler, more potent strategy that any human being can do, at any time, under any circumstances. The entire karma yoga teachings to date in 3 words:
Pause. Exhale. Inhale.
These actions are available to every human, but what an immense gift and privilege to have had them infused with divine knowledge. Indeed, a key, that we can easily carry, to a treasure.
