Hi! My name is Crystina, and I am new to the path of Vedic wisdom. I come with a heart open to learning, a mind curious about the cosmic dance, and a spirit eager to explore the practices, teachings, and insights that guide harmony between self, nature, and the universe.
I hope to share in this community’s knowledge, offer what I can, and grow alongside all of you in understanding, reflection, and devotion.

My first Vedic teacher made it very clear: find a well and dig deep. That is decidedly NOT what I have done, but at least I DID get more discerning and aware of what resonated with me, what felt authentic. I am simply here to commend you on coming to Acharya Shunya as your teacher / guru. I have experienced her teaching as accessible, clear, and "real-world" while still ensconsed in the profundity of the ancient wisdom. She has combined some teachings in a way that resulted in an "AHA" moment even tho I have given much attention to Vedic practices and texts for almost 20 years. Had more to say but an important call phone came in so I shall just publish as is.
