Jai Maa, Jai Guru Deva. Please join us tomorrow, Saturday 4/4 @8am PST for our monthly Atma Art sangha. Here we will create a
heart-based devotional space to explore art making as spiritual practice. Whether you have an active art practice or have never drawn or painted before, ALL are welcome to this gathering. Anchored in the knowing that the Divine is the source of our creativity, we will practice consciously returning to this orientation. Through shared meditation, creative practice and reflection, you are invited to be with the joy, play, freedom and Self discovery that arise when we bring our awareness to the Divine creativity flowing through us. Please bring any mark making instrument of your choice - pencil, pen, pastel, ink, watercolor, paint etc + paper or any surface of your choice. Looking forward to sharing creative space with you. These monthly sessions of shared meditation and connection draw me inward and upward, helping me remember and cultivate an Inner Sanctuary of love and devotion to Maa, to Ishvara.
