We will complete our Sadhaka Sadhana journey together this Thursday morning December 11th, at 7am Pacific Time. In Class 11, we will finish with Samadhanam (a single pointed focus) and Mumukshutvam (a deep yearning for inner freedom).
Please note that this final series session is likely to be approximately 75 minutes. If you are unable to stay beyond an hour, you will be able to access the full recording afterwards.

If you were unable to join us this round, or if you would like to keep working with these teachings, I will be leading one more set of Sadhaka Sadhana starting June 2026. Sadhaka Sadhana is the first level of the Sadhana Chatushtayam - a traditional preparatory process for all seekers of Jnana Yoga. Students are reporting great benefits from this series on their studentship and in their ability to navigate samsaara.
These classes are free and open for all members of Acharya Shunya's Vedic Study Circle. All students, all levels, are welcome to join Thursday mornings at 7am Pacific Time.
