Over the past few days, I’ve been listening to the recordings of Mantra Upasana for Different Times of the Day by Sadhvi Ishani. This comes at a moment when, after months of profound change and experiences of loss, I will be returning to work on Monday and taking up a daily rhythm again.
I was seeking an anchor to begin my day rooted in God, in truth, in gratitude, clarity, and presence. In these teachings, rituals, and mantras I have found that support. They not only guide me in starting the day, but also help me to see more meaning in how I face the challenges of this game called life.
Through the way Ishani shares and deepens these mantra teachings of Acharya Shunya, I feel even more grounded in releasing attachment to outcomes, held by the profound significance of the mantras. Humbly and with gratitude, I receive these lessons.
Shanti.
