Please join us tomorrow, 1/3 @9am PST for our first Atma Art sangha of the year.
Through shared meditation, creative practice and reflection, you are invited to be with the joy, freedom and play made possible when we connect with the Divine creativity flowing through us. Together we will explore art as devotional practice and release attachment to outcomes.
Please bring any art materials and paper of your choice. All are welcome, whether you are experienced or completely new to art.

To Sadhya Atmajyoti, a deep and heartfelt thank you for creating and holding such a safe and sacred space for our creative exploration today. This was my first experience of Atma Art, and it is one I will never forget. Through your gentle prompting and guidance, I was able to release the need to create something specific, and in doing so, I surrendered to the boundless creative energy of Maa herself.
I found myself smiling from ear to ear as I focused on my breathing and allowed her to move my hand across the page. What emerged was beyond my wildest imagination — beautiful, deep, and layered with meaning. Feeling her moving through me brought a profound, ecstatic joy that left my entire body vibrating with her overwhelming power and presence. In the end, I found myself in tears, unable to contain the depth of the experience. I have been reflecting on this powerful experience today, and what keeps coming up for me are feelings of awe, humility, and deep gratitude. I find myself feeling unworthy of her grace. I don't think I've ever felt a love like this before.... I will continue to sit with this experience and enjoy its reverberations. I plan to integrate the simple yet transformative practices shared today in other aspects of my life, and I most definitely look forward to another Atma art session. Jai Maa!
