A morning reflection…
I am so taken by the words of our guru Acharya Shunya in session 21.
The six waves that pull you in, thank you, they really do, and relentlessly so. It’s comforting to learn about these six; it feels like an aha moment. We’ve learned about the five klesha’s before from Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, but these six waves include the body in a way that really resonates with me.
And I do see and feel that Bhakti and Karma Yoga are preparing me for these waves. I am the seer, not the seen. Interesting how this phrase hit me differently this time. I can’t wait for the Sovereign Self course, was the first thing that came to my mind this morning because of that. It’s going to be number three for me. The witness is gaining a new dimension again. What a joy to be taken so seriously by our teacher, that she guides us deeper and deeper into who we really are.
Achar meaning behavior: Jai Maa for putting light on the darkness of samsara!
And what about Pariksha Loka? A karmic test, but not a moral test? And those who crave outcomes are pitiable (from BG verse 2.49)… That combination definitely gives me something to chew on. What about you?
So much food for thought and talk, isn’t it! Looking forward to seeing many of you in our European POD meeting coming up this Sunday at 7 PM CET (is 10 AM PST)!

I rewatched this satsanga recently and appreciated that framing of this 'testing ground' that we were given too.
