Ayurveda Beginner Here
Jai Maa, Jai Guru.
Hello all, I am a beginner along this path and have been following the teachings so far on Karma Yoga. I was curious if there is any groups or practitioners that offer detailed help/instruction in applying Ayurvedic principles? I am reading through Acharya Shunyaji's book but I have more of a "hands on" way of learning.

Jai Maa James, another good resource is to check out Vedika Global's YouTube page which has many videos on Ayurveda and how to incorporate into your daily life.
