AUM SHANTI SHANTI SHANTI AUM PEACE PEACE PEACE
Jai Maa & Jai Guru Deva Sadasya’s,
Shunya Speaks is honored to share a Mananam Monday reflection drawn from the sacred words of our Acharya. Vedic wisdom is a living, heard tradition passed through a flowing parampara. In this lineage, we are lovingly encouraged to engage three essential steps that support our spiritual unfolding.
The first step is Shravanam — the sacred act of deeply listening and receiving the teacher’s transmission, whether through spoken teachings or through attentive reading of their words. This receptive listening plants the seed of knowledge within the Atma.
The second step is Mananam — the intentional revisiting and recollection of the teacher’s words through self-study and mindful contemplation. In this phase, we gently sit with the truth of the teachings, allowing them to be inwardly digested, clarified, and freed from doubt. Mananam keeps the mind engaged with wisdom and transforms understanding into lived insight.

I love this! Thank you Sadhya Soumya for this Monday Shunya Speaks words of wisdom. I contemplated on them last Monday, so very helpful to have these reminders especially before our Monday Pod session. A beautiful way to spend the day in reflection and inner mananam.

The Shunya Speaks Seva Project (SSSP) team is building a database of Acharya Shunya's words of wisdom. Each week we will highlight an inspiring quote submission from a member of our community to share the inspring words of our Acharyaji. We invite you to note and share any of Acharya Shunya's words or quotes that speak to you in your studies. A heartfelt thank you to all Sadasyas who have contributed so far. We hope these Wednesday Wisdom posts offer some light and inspiration.

What a comforting truth and realization! The path of reclamation from staying close and contemplating Guru ji's words is a divine blessing indeed!

Jai Maa & Jai Guru Deva,
As we contemplate on our Karma Yoga sessions, and the profound words of our teacher, I am happy to share a beautiful quote and slide from Sadasya Monica Montefiore. AUM

I love this quote. So glad this project is underway! How amazing for us students to eventually have a book that will not only give wisdom quotes, but those quotes will be related to satsang we have attended. This will be invaluable!

Dear Respected Sadasyas of the Vedic Spiritual Community,
Makar Sankranti Blessings
Makar Sankranti blessings to each of you. This beloved annual Vedic celebration, observed on January 14th, holds a special place in our Sarayu Parampara. It honors the sacred synergy between the Earth’s journey toward the Sun and our own journey toward inner illumination. This auspicious time invites us to elevate our spiritual awareness, renew our spirit, and realign with our highest Selves.
As Acharya Shunya ji has beautifully shared, “Just as the sun rises each day, so can we rise with renewed resolve to embrace our inner light and potential.”Jai Maa & Jai Guru Deva!
Have you ever listened to Acharya Shunya ji and felt as though she was speaking directly to your Atma—offering exactly what you needed to hear at that moment? When she shares a potent one-liner or a short passage, does it feel as though an…
