The Acharya Shunya quote below was my focus and contemplation this week based on Karma Yoga Session 36 and the beginning of our R.E.S.T. acronym exploration. R is for; Remember the Divine, even before I act.

I am remembering that this body is a sacred yantra - a spiritual machine. I need to care for it to do Dharma. That's it. Don't get so caught up in how it looks, how old, thin or fat it is... It is all spiritual. Thank you, Shunyaji! 🙏🏽💛
