How to contemplate _ Manunam

Tonight's class was very important to me because I'm new in the last few months and did not know the "how to" of the contemplation that is talked about.
I really appreciated Sadhvi Ishani walking us through how to contemplate. I learned that it's not about forceful thinking, but rather about sitting with a sort of openness to see what emerges in the mind, with the question keeping the mind on track.
Thank you Sadhvi Ishani --- this sample practice really helped me to understand what manunam is and how to do it.
Jai Maa everyone - as always the shares were very helpful. Thank you to Shunyaji, the teaching was very clarifying.
I feel this understanding will assist me in accessing that peaceful, sweet source inside which I learned tonight is where happiness really comes from and that what blocks that is the restless mind. I'd never heard it explained this way before.
I look forward to the time when I live inside that presence more often than not.
