Sadhaka Sadhana - Class 1 now uploaded to playlist

We had a lovely and informative first session of the Sadhaka Sadhana - Level 1 of the Sadhana Chatushtayam 12 week course.
Today's class was both an orientation to the topic and course, and we also jumped right into learning about Sadhana; the apparatus of the Mind; the Gunas or Modes of the Mind; the Sadhana Chatushtayam (4-fold Path); and also a self assessment for each participant to review at the end of this series.
